Press standards

The HMP-2 press portal is the plant’s official source in the public information space. Materials are managed under principles of openness, accuracy and accountability.

What we publish

• News about plant life and production
• Official press releases and statements
• Photo stories from the workforce and the site

Accuracy

Figures, dates and names are checked against source records. Speculation and unconfirmed claims are not issued as official material. If an error is found, a correction is published openly.

Official comment

Comment, interview or clarification in the plant’s name is issued only through the press office. Personal views of staff on social media are not the official position.

For journalists

Requests are reviewed on working days. Interviews, filming or site access are arranged by separate agreement. For urgent questions the press office is available by phone and email.
