At HMP-2 water, air and waste are not a side press topic. They are run with the process chain and laboratory control.
Hydrometallurgy does not run without water, reagents and heat. Environmental control at HMP-2 is therefore not an add-on programme — it is a measured part of production. Sample, log and line of responsibility are kept as they are in safety.
