Rules for filming and visiting the site
The HMP-2 site is an industrial facility. Photo, video and audio are allowed only with prior permit and an escort.
HMP-2 is a production site. Walking, filming or stopping at equipment without permit is not allowed. The rule is the same for a journalist and a guest: agreement first, then entry.
A visit request should state purpose, date, number of people and what will be filmed. The press office sets the route and the escort. Protective equipment may be required.
Filming of process diagrams, control panels and safety systems is restricted. Consent is asked before publishing people’s faces in public material.
Breaking the rule ends the visit at once. Questions are best sent in writing in advance.
