Press office: hours and contact channels
Working days 09:00–18:00. Official request — form or email. Telephone for urgency.
The HMP-2 press office works on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00. The address is Navoi region, Zarafshan. Official email and telephone are listed on the portal’s press-office page.
A written request is preferred: the form or a letter keeps the question, the deadline and the reply address. A phone call is for urgency; a short written confirmation is asked after the call.
JSC NMMC official social channels carry the combinat’s general flow. Clarifications about HMP-2 are issued through this portal.
On holidays and weekends a duty contact may work by agreement. Planned materials are published in advance.
