Shift discipline and occupational safety
At HMP-2 safety is not a side campaign: it is the daily rule of the shift. Briefing, PPE and laboratory control belong in the chain.
In a hydrometallurgical plant, safety is not a poster slogan. Chemical environment, heat and heavy equipment demand precision from the shift. Briefing, permits and personal protective equipment are therefore mandatory from the first step.
In each shop, responsibility is lined out: the shift log records who owns what. That is not bureaucracy for its own sake — it is how events are prevented.
New staff learn the rule before they learn the machine. Mentoring remains in place at HMP-2: experience is passed by speech, but the written procedure comes first.
The press office does not hide safety. Journalists may request a general briefing on the order of work. Internal inspection files are not disclosed.
