Young specialists: the mentoring chain
At HMP-2 new staff do not take a solo shift at once. Laboratory, procedure and safety come first, then the machine.
Zarafshan’s vocational school and the plant shops are incomplete without each other. A young engineer or operator who joins HMP-2 first watches the chain: where a sample is taken, where the log is written, where protective gear is not removed.
Mentoring does not replace the written course. It is how the procedure is explained by a person. A trainee takes a solo shift only after permit and assessment.
The order also keeps production continuous. Experience must remain in the next shift, not only in memory. That is why staffing is a subject for this press portal: people are part of the brand.
